Cards before video: why you should review an idea as slides first
Every AI video attempt spends voice and render time. Reviewing the idea as cards costs nothing, and only what you approve becomes video. How the flow works and which rules guard it.

Fixing a card costs a screenshot. Fixing a video costs voice and render.
If you make content with AI, that gap is the biggest line on the bill. Every video attempt spends voice and render minutes, and the mistake you find in the finished video is one you already paid for. Reviewing the same idea as cards costs nothing.
The order: cards first, video second
The flow has two steps, and the order is the whole point.
- The deck. A set of 9 cards is laid out at 4:5, the feed ratio. Each card is looked at on its own and approved or corrected separately.
- The video. Only approved cards become scenes. With 3 approved, the result is a vertical 9:16 script of three pieces: title, plate and diagram.
Nine cards reviewed, three picked, one video: you pay for the render once, on something you already decided.
An approved card is not redrawn for the video
When a card goes into the video it is not drawn again from scratch. It enters as the same animated scene from the catalog, re-laid out for the vertical canvas. What you approved while looking at the card is what gets animated, not a different reading of the same text.
A number without a source fails the whole deck
Cheap review only helps if it catches the expensive mistakes. The simplest rule we added: an educational deck does not pass validation if it shows a figure with no source. It is not fixed by hand card by card; the deck does not move on until every number says where it comes from.
It is a mechanical check, not an opinion. That is why it runs before anyone looks at a single image, and why what reaches your eyes has already cleared the basics.
The short version
- Decide by looking at cards, not videos: each card is approved or corrected on its own.
- Let only approved cards become scenes, in the same animated format you already know.
- Put the figures rule before the human review: a number with no source stops the deck.
- Pay for voice and render once, on what you already approved.
