Terms of use
The deal between you and Mounaji Studio when you install Blast Arena.

What you get
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Blast Arena on devices you control, for as long as you like, for free.
What you do not get is ownership. The game, its code, its art, its sound and the name Blast Arena stay with Mounaji Studio. Playing it, streaming it and recording it are fine; selling it, republishing it or shipping it inside something else is not.
It is free, and ads are why
Blast Arena costs nothing and has no in-app purchases. The ads are the price, and they are not optional — there is no paid version that removes them today.
We do not control which ad you see: that is decided by the ad networks described in the privacy policy. If one of them shows you something abusive or broken, tell us and we will pass it on with the identifiers we have.
What you agree not to do
Do not modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the game, distribute altered builds of it, or use tools that change how it behaves in order to falsify progress.
Do not use the game or its assets to build something that competes with it, and do not present it as yours. Recording gameplay for video, streaming or review is expressly allowed and does not need permission.
The game changes, and can stop
Blast Arena is updated. Levels, balance and features may change or be removed, and an update may reset things that were not designed to survive it.
We may also stop publishing the game. If that happens, the copy already installed on your device keeps working until Android or your phone stops supporting it — but there is nothing to restore and no server to bring back, because there was never one.
No warranty
The game is provided as is. We put work into making it stable, and we still cannot promise it will never crash, never drain your battery or always behave on a device we have never seen.
To the extent the law allows, Mounaji Studio is not liable for indirect or incidental damage arising from using the game. What the law does not allow us to disclaim, we do not: consumer rights that apply where you live apply regardless of this paragraph.
Google Play also has a say
You installed the game through Google Play, so Google’s own terms apply to that transaction alongside these — including refunds, which go through Google and not through us.
Removing the game is always available to you and needs no reason: uninstall it and the licence ends, along with everything it stored on your device.
Which law, which court
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Anything that cannot be sorted out by writing to us goes to the ordinary courts of the city of Córdoba, Argentina.
If a court finds one clause here unenforceable, the rest stays standing.
